Jordan Draper

Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs & Dean of Students

Jordan Draper has focused her Student Affairs experience within the Student Conduct and Title IX fields and currently serves as The College of New Jersey’s Assistant Vice President and Dean of Students. Within this role, Dr. Draper is responsible for overseeing the Student Conduct, CARE, Threat Assessment, Title IX, Health Promotion and Resiliency, Student Health Services, Counseling and Prevention Services, Anti-Violence Initiatives, Alcohol and Drug Support Services, and Religious and Spiritual Life.

Prior to serving as TCNJ’s Assistant Vice President and Dean of Students, Dr. Draper was the first full time Title IX Coordinator at TCNJ and previously worked as a Compliance Investigator and Community Standards Coordinator at Rutgers University.

Dr. Draper completed her doctoral degree from Rutgers University- New Brunswick. Her dissertation explores an online sexual violence program and evaluates whether students participating had an increase of knowledge regarding sexual violence, changed attitudes around rape myths, and felt more comfortable reporting incidents to University staff members after partaking in the program. Dr. Draper earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Radford University.

Dr. Draper currently resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania where she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and puppy – Lincoln.
